Cancellation Policy
To ensure optimal service and availability for all of my clients, I kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 40% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing me to efficiently manage my schedule and accommodate every client.
NO SHOW POLICY:
I understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly.
However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts me and other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, I will charge the full amount of the scheduled services to your account. I recommend that you contact me in advance if your plans change so I can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges.
